Warren Mayor Gregg Reep presents a proclamation honoring the late Larry L. Henderson to his widow, Warren City Council member Dorothy Henderson, during the council’s Sept. 14 meeting. Larry Henderson passed away Aug. 18.
A respected member of the Warren community, he served as director of Southeast Arkansas Community Action and had numerous other accomplishments and contributions during his life.
