HERMITAGE, Ark. — The Hermitage Police Department has confirmed to Saline River News that a 17-year-old girl has been reported missing by her mother and that a BOLO (be on the lookout) has been issued as authorities continue trying to locate her.
The girl has been identified as Isabella Smith.
“We haven’t been able to locate her yet, but we have reason to believe that she’s staying with a family member,” Hermitage Police Department Chief Ben Poole told Saline River News.
Smith’s mother, Lorena Martinez, said Sunday, September 27, that her daughter was last seen Saturday night, September 26, sometime around 10 p.m. to midnight.
Martinez initially asked anyone who had seen her daughter to contact her immediately.
Police are now asking anyone with information concerning Smith’s whereabouts to contact the Hermitage Police Department at 870-463-8477.
