MONTICELLO, Ark. -The University of Arkansas at Monticello men’s golf team is set to kick off its 2026-27 season this week, under the direction of Head Coach Ken Hamilton. The season sees five new Weevils, Mathew Bouley, Rhett Clanton, Manning Goff, Dylan Hall, and Kade Keith, on the roster, joining returners Connor Denson, Landon Milton, Landry Rogers, Carson Slaughter, Holtz Helms, Camden Henson, Luke Riney and James Fuhrer, bringing the 26-27 squad to 13.
The first tournament for the Weevils will be held in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the Page Belcher Golf Course, for the 2026 NSU Men’s Golf Classic, hosted by Northeastern State University.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
The NSU Men’s Golf Classic: Arkansas-Monticello will compete alongside a field of 12 other colleges and universities. The field of teams includes: Arkansas-Monticello, Southeastern Oklahoma State, South Nazarene, Southwestern Oklahoma State, Northwestern Oklahoma State, Rogers State, William Jewell, Northeastern State, Southern Arkansas, Harding, Southwest Baptist, Northwestern Oklahoma State, East Central.
LAST TIME OUT
The Boll Weevils finished the Great American Conference Championship in eighth place at 53-over par (917), after achieving team scores of 307, 310, and 300 over the course of the tournament. Leading the day for the Boll Weevils, finishing the day firing a 3-under par (69), to combine for a total of 222 (+6) was Blayden Gillham.
