Senior quarterback, running back, receiver, and punter Maddox Lassiter earned Player of the Game honors for his all-around performance in Warren’s season opening game vs. Stuttgart Friday night, August 26, 2022. Although Warren came up just three points shy of equalling the Ricebirds, Lassiter put in an outstanding individual performance. He carried the ball 10 times, rushing for 74 yards and a touchdown. Lassiter also has 21 yards receiving, but also garnered six tackles defensively for the Lumberjacks, playing every snap. His punting game was also superb on the night. Congratulations to Maddox and best of luck next week as Warren hosts White Hall.
