Kindred at Home became CenterWell Home Health September 1, 2022. They held a ribbon cutting on September 2, 2022 with Drew County Chamber of Commerce. They had a celebration with their clinicians and recognized Elizabeth Henry, PTA for 5 years of service. Two clinicians were recognized with a Bronze Touchstone Coin Program Kimberly Gorman, LPN and Tyler Furlong, PTA. The Touchstone Recognition Program is an important part of creating workplace culture. People are the backbone of CenterWell and expressing appreciation are rooted in their values. CenterWell Home Health provides skilled home health services such as nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for all of Ashley, Bradley, Chicot, Cleveland, Desha, Drew, Lincoln, and parts of Arkansas, Calhoun, Dallas, Grant, Jefferson, and Union counties.

These providers are two separate providers.
