WARREN, Ark. – On April 10, 2023, the Warren City Council held a meeting during which Mayor Reep read out two ordinances, A-679 and A-681, which were adopted in honor of the late Mr. Sam Fullerton and his wife, Mrs. Fufa Fullerton, a former Warren City Council member. The couple had made significant contributions to the Warren community during their lifetime, and the ordinances were a fitting tribute to their legacies.
The Fullerton’s children, Samuel Baker Fullerton III, Reverend Dr. Fairfax Fullerton, and Arthur King Fullerton were in attendance for the adoption of the ordinances. The family expressed their gratitude to the City Council and the Mayor for recognizing their parents’ contributions and for honoring their memory in such a special way.
