Billy Joe Braswell, age 74 of New Edinburg, AR passed away June 7, 2023. He was born October 23, 1948 in Warren, AR to Elbert and Betty Ashcraft Braswell. He is preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Carrie Jo Braswell and siblings, Robbie Mann and Dale Braswell.
Billy was a hard-working man and took pride in everything he did. He enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with family and friends. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his brothers, Terry Braswell of Rye, AR, Benny Braswell of Warren, AR, Larry Braswell and spouse Debbie of Big Springs, TX, William “Bo” Braswell and spouse DeEtta Socorro, NM, Eddie Braswell and spouse Georgann of Warren, AR and Roger Braswell and spouse Tonda of New Edinburg, AR; daughter, Regenia Thompson on Conway, AR and granddaughters, Zoe Thompson and Staley Thompson along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 12, 2023 at Frazer’s Funeral Home. Burial was in Outlaw Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
