Congratulations to BCMC Purchasing Director Terry Young for being named the Employee of the Month for August at the hospital. Terry’s nomination stated: Terry is always helpful and willing to help others whenever he can. If he is unable to help you right then, he will always find time later and get back with you. He’s extremely friendly to patients, vendors, or anyone who he comes in contact with. Additionally, Terry is very positive. Even if he is stressed, he never fails to maintain a positive attitude. It is a certainty that you’ll laugh during any interaction with him. Hearing his laugh will make you feel better about your day. Terry is a very active member of the Employee Appreciation Council. From Football Friday to Spring Fling to any other event the council may put on, you can be assured Terry is heavily involved.
