Warren Police Department’s investigation of the August 15th death of Eli Perrin is continuing. Perrin’s body was found in the early morning hours of August 15, 2023 near the intersection of S. Gannaway St. and East Church St. Warren Police Department is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of person(s) involved in Perrin’s death.
