Norman H. “Nicky” Cornish age 81 of Warren, Ar passed away December 15, 2023 at his home. He was born April 19,1942 to the late Hiram Richard “Dick” Cornish and Vada Laverne Stedman Cornish. Nicky was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
Also, preceding him in death was a son, Richard Herman Cornish, sisters Martha Jane Cornish Harton, Mary Sue Cornish Shaver and brother Tommy Cornish.
Nicky worked at Warren Water and Sewer for 35 years before retirement. He loved hunting, fishing, and gardening.
Nicky is survived by his wife Mary Frances Bryant Cornish, his children Norman E. Cornish (Deena), Bryan Cornish (Kathy) and Angela Cornish Barnes (Scott) all of Warren. Grandchildren Katie Cornish Rawls (Kendall), Wesley Cornish (Adrianne), Regan May Gorman (Blake), Mallory Barnes, Riley Cornish and Reiss Cornish. 4 great-grandchildren. A host of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Sunday December 17, 2023 at 4:30 pm in Oakland Cemetery with Wesley Cornish officiating. Burial in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers Riley Cornish, Reiss Cornish, Scott Barnes, Kendall Rawls, Blake Gorman and Wesley Cornish.
