The ceremony highlighted the remarkable accomplishments of Warren’s teams during the 2023-2024 school year.
A significant part of the evening was the induction of new members into the Lumberjack Hall of Fame. Mayor Gregg Reep and Mark Jennings of the Lumberjack Booster Club presented the honors. The Hall of Fame, which includes approximately 120 boosters, coaches, and athletes, welcomed four new inductees in 2024:
- Drake Jones, a former football player from the class of 2014, whose award was accepted by Mr. Bill Jones.
- Basman Jones, a former football player from the class of 2007, who thanked his family and Coach Hembree for their support.
- Willie Martin, a former football player from the class of 1977.
- Don Murry, who played football and basketball from 1958 to 1961 and now resides in North Carolina. Though unable to attend, he sent his gratitude, stating, “My sincere thank you to the Hall of Fame Committee. It’s a humbling privilege.”

The audience responded with a round of applause for the 2024 inductees, recognizing their contributions to Warren athletics.
Following the Hall of Fame inductions, various awards were presented to student-athletes for their exceptional performances in golf, tennis, cheerleading, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer, track and field, and football. Notable awards included:
- Ken Croswell Award for excellence in basketball, awarded to senior Jayden Ridgell.
- Cecil Kemp Award for an outstanding offensive lineman, awarded to Terence Roberson.
- PH Herring Award, given to Race Frazer, Alex Wardlaw, and JD Tillman.
- 2023 Lumberjack Award, presented to Ervin Rivera.
