BANKS, Ark. – On Saturday night, the Banks Volunteer Fire Department (BVFD) promptly responded to a vehicle fire near 2208 Highway 278 West, according to the Town of Banks. The incident occurred when a vehicle ignited, prompting an immediate response from local emergency services.
Five firefighters from the BVFD and three officers from the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) quickly arrived at the scene. Thanks to their swift and coordinated efforts, the fire was rapidly contained, preventing further damage or spread.
Despite the rapid response, the vehicle was a complete loss. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the incident. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
