WARREN, Ark. – Excitement is building as Warren High School’s 2024 Lumberjack Football Season is just 24 days away. The Lumberjacks are set to kick off their season on August 30 with an away game against Greenbrier at 7 PM.
Fans will have an opportunity to get a sneak peek of the team ahead of the season during a pre-season scrimmage scheduled for August 23 at McGehee.
Here is the full regular season schedule for the Lumberjacks:
- August 30: Away at Greenbrier, 7 PM
- September 6: Home vs. White Hall, 7 PM
- September 13: Vs. Elkins at Arkansas Tech University, 7 PM
- September 20: OPEN DATE (no game)
- September 27: Away at DeWitt, 7 PM
- October 4: Home vs. Monticello, 7 PM
- October 11: Home vs. Hamburg (WHS Homecoming game), 7 PM
- October 18: Away at Star City, 7 PM
- October 25: Home vs. Stuttgart, 7 PM
- November 1: Away at Helena, 7 PM
- November 8: Home vs. Crossett, 7 PM
The Lumberjacks are returning to the field following a highly successful 2023 season. They advanced to the semifinal round of the 4A State Playoffs, ultimately falling to Rivercrest with a score of 24-14. Warren concluded the 2023 season with an impressive record of 13-1 and proudly secured the 8-4A Conference Championship.
