Bradley County Medical Center is proud to announce that Chris Gean earned the Employee of the Month award for July, while Sri Baker was named the August Employee of the Month.
Gean is a physical therapist in the BCMC Outpatient Therapy Department. Chris’s nomination stated, “Chris exemplifies the ideal employee. He is always willing to accommodate any patient in any way and is a hard worker. We can always rely on him from a management perspective and know he will complete any task asked of him. The patients love him and appreciate all the extra work he puts in for them.”
Baker works for CURA Hospitality, which runs the BCMC Dietary Department. Sri’s nomination said, “Sri is hardworking, works on either shift to keep the kitchen running smoothly. She does not complain if she is tired, she keeps going and goes above and beyond to keep the kitchen audit ready and cleaned. She was exceptional when I was out sick keeping the kitchen together and making sure the kitchen had staff to cover all positions.”
BCMC wants to congratulate Chris and Sri on these well-deserved accolades.
