Warren Police Continue Investigation into Eli Perrin’s Death; Reward Offered for Information Leading to Arrest in Fatal Hit-and-Run

Warren Police Department’s investigation of the death of Eli Perrin is continuing. Perrin’s body was found in the early morning hours of August 15, 2023, near the intersection of S. Gannaway St. and East Church St. Warren Police Department is offering a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of person(s) involved in the hit and run accident that caused Perrin’s death.
