Bradley County Medical Center has named EMR Coordinator Chelsea French the Employee of the Month for September. Congratulations Chelsea.
Her nomination stated: “Chelsea is a team player. New to her role, she has stepped in and flourished as the EMR coordinator. Her desire to learn all aspects of Meditech has been impressive. Watching her spend endless hours learning this new system shows me and other employees at BCMC that she is the right person for the job. With great nursing skill knowledge, she understands the importance of navigating a system to its fullest to maintain successful and safe patient care. She is capable of helping physicians, nurses, techs, therapists, and so many more understand their roles and documentation duties within our new system. Chelsea is always readily available to help out and make changes as needed and for that we are greatly appreciative for her!
