Cleveland County to Host Veterans Appreciation Dinner Featuring Major General (Ret.) Kendall Penn

RISON, Ark. – The Cleveland County community is gearing up for a special event honoring local veterans with the Cleveland County Veterans Appreciation Dinner on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Cleveland County Fairgrounds. The event, aimed at recognizing the service and sacrifices of veterans, will feature a distinguished guest speaker, Major General (Retired) Kendall Penn, who now serves as the Secretary of the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs.
