Michael Wayne Wyman, age 55, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2024, at his home near Banks, Arkansas. Michael was born October 28, 1969, in Camden, Arkansas. He was predeceased by his parents, Archie Conway Wyman and Elizabeth Diane Fowler, and his grandparents, Joe L. and Clara Doggett Fowler and Archie and Ruth Wyman. He is survived by his son, Brayden Michael Wyman, aunts Sandra Fowler Wilson and Joyce Fowler Hoover (Darin), uncle Tommy Fowler (Pam), uncle Richard Wyman, cousins Robin Wilson Albers (Andrew), Jason Wilson (Leah Lach), Missy Fowler, Kara Hoover, Paislee and Tinslee Albers, and a large extended family and many friends.
Michael attended schools at Banks, Crossett, and El Dorado, Arkansas and graduated from Lake Charles, LA. He worked as a Registered Nurse at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and various other hospitals, including many years as a traveling nurse all around the country. He worked in management at a hospital in Tyler, Texas for a while before returning to Arkansas. He was a caregiver to his grandmothers and his mother in their final years.
He was a devoted father who made Brayden his whole world and wanted to give him the best possible life. He followed his passions in life and wanted to instill that passion in his son and give him the same opportunities. He enjoyed the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, scuba diving, or helping maintain the family farm. He enjoyed riding his four-wheeler, sometimes a little too much.
Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 29, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home in Warren. Burial was at Williams Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Chris Fowler, Henrey Van Lierop, Jason Wilson, Andrew Albers, Greg McDougald, Tommy Fowler, and Brayden Wyman.
