Thomas Dale Rice age 76, of Gravelridge, AR died Wednesday, February 26th, 2025 in El Dorado, AR. He was born Saturday, March 6th, 1948 at home in Hermitage, AR a son of the late Jim Madison Rice and Argie Pearl Booker Rice. Thomas was a loving father and husband, he enjoyed his family together, and during his working life he was a construction Forman and Sheetmetal worker. Thomas and Barbara attended Landmark Missionary Baptist Church, and he was a graduate of the Hermitage Public Schools. Also preceding him in death was his daughter, Vickie Michele Rice Rouse, bothers, Joe Rice, James Rice, John Rice and a sister Judy Rice Curry.
Surviving is his wife, Barbara Nutt Rice, whom he married February 10th, 1967 in Hermitage, AR. A son Thomas Michael Rice Sr, and spouse Jennifer, Hermitage, AR. Brother Donnie Paul Rice and spouse Shirley, Warren, AR 4 grandchildren Matthew Thomas Rice, Megan Victoria Rouse, Thomas Michael Rice Jr, and Chyenne Jane Rice. 2 Great-grandchildren John William Rouse and Victoria Daniel Rouse.
Funeral services were 2:00PM Sunday, March 2nd, 2025 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Eddie Raines and Rev. Tim Williams officiating. Burial was in Gravelridge Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
