BCMC’s Employee of the Month for March is Bruce Sullivan of the Maintenance Department.
Bruce’s nomination stated: “Bruce is proactive and reliable, ensuring repairs are timely and with as little disruption to patient care as possible. With many years of service to BCMC, he’s loyal to his department as well as being committed to the overall quality of patient care we strive to provide. During the recent move of the Respiratory Therapy Department, Bruce and the maintenance crew went above and beyond. They moved everything, sometimes more than once when requested, without a complaint. He really helped the transition less stressful.”
