PINE BLUFF, Ark. – Despite the soaring summer temperatures, local 4-H youth from Bradley County made the most of a fun and educational day at the Delta Rivers Nature Center in Pine Bluff.

The trip was part of the organization’s ongoing summer programming and gave young participants an opportunity to explore nature, learn about Arkansas wildlife, and enjoy the great outdoors—even if it came with a reminder that it’s definitely HOT outside.
“The kids had a good time, nonetheless,” the Bradley County Extension Office shared in a social media post following the trip.
As summer continues, the Extension Office encourages families to consider getting involved in 4-H. Fall programs will begin soon, offering a wide range of hands-on learning experiences for youth in areas like agriculture, science, health, and civic engagement.
