WARREN, Ark. – The Bradley County Services Building, located at 302 Smith Road in Warren, is now available for public rental, according to a recent announcement from the Bradley County Courthouse.
Community members interested in reserving the facility can contact the County Judge’s Office at 870-226-3853 ext. 5 for booking and further information.
The building accommodates up to 300 people, with seating and tables available for 250 guests. Rentals are limited to one day only, with a nonrefundable rental fee of $800 due at booking. In the event of cancellation, $300 of this fee remains nonrefundable. A refundable $200 security deposit is also required when keys are picked up and will be returned by mail following a post-event inspection.
Keys can be collected the afternoon prior to the scheduled event from the County Judge’s Office and must be returned promptly.
Use Guidelines Include:
- Renter must be 21 or older and is responsible for the group’s conduct and any damages.
- Renter must set up tables and chairs and clean up after the event.
- No alcohol, drugs, or smoking (within 25 feet of the building) is allowed.
- Decorations may not be affixed to walls or ceilings.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- All items in the facility are property of Bradley County and must remain on-site.
- All personal items must be removed at the end of the event.
Use of the kitchen is permitted, excluding any food belonging to the county. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided by Bradley County.
The county reserves the right to terminate the agreement without notice if terms are violated.
