Jim Ragar

Jim Ragar, age 73, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, October 5, 2025, at his home of Grand Brook Memory Care in Rogers. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna, his parents James & Betty Ragar, and his younger brother Bob Ragar.

Born and raised in Warren, Jim never met a stranger. He could and would talk to anyone about anything. He thrived for over 30 years in foodservice sales; a career perfectly suited for his gift of gab and genuine interest in people.

He enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, boat rides on Lake Hamilton, cheering on the Razorbacks, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.

Jim is survived by his son and wife Tony and Erika Ragar of Fayetteville, son and wife Trent and Amanda Ragar of Rogers, adored grandchildren Kennedy, Conley, James, Raegan, and sister and husband Marilyn and Bob Raymer of Sherwood. A sister in law Pam Ragar, Crestwood, KY.

Memorial gifts may be sent to Circle of Life in memory of Jim Ragar to Circle of Life, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762, or www.GiftsToCircle.org.

Visitation Wednesday, October 15 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Frazer’s Funeral Home of Warren. A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 16 at Oakland Cemetery immediately followed by a buffet lunch for anyone and everyone at Molly’s Diner in Warren. Please come as you are – business casual is perfectly fine.
