Kelly has been a key part of Warren Bank and Trust Company’s team for over thirty-two years. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas and the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. Kelly serves on the Bradley County Economic Development Commission Board of Directors and the Warren Water Department Commission.
