WARREN, Ark. – Things were light in Warren sports over the Christmas holiday, but both the Warren Lady Jacks and Warren Lumberjacks were back in action Monday evening, hosting Sheridan Yellowjackets at home.

The Lady Jacks earned a hard-fought 53-49 victory over Sheridan, continuing an impressive early-season run. With the win, Warren improved to 13-1 overall, maintaining strong momentum heading into the holiday tournament stretch.
On the boys side, the Lumberjacks dropped a 64-30 decision to Sheridan. The loss extends a challenging start to the 2025–26 season, moving Warren to 0-6 overall.
Both Warren teams will return to action this weekend as they participate in the annual Commercial Bank SouthEast Arkansas Holiday Tournament, hosted by Drew Central Pirates, with games running through Tuesday, December 30.
The Lady Jacks will open tournament play Saturday, December 27, facing Junction City Dragons at 1:40 p.m. The Lumberjacks will follow later that day, taking on tournament host Drew Central in the boys bracket at 5:40 p.m.
