Lady Jacks Dominate Hamburg From Start to Finish in 59-30 Win

HAMBURG, Ark. – The Warren Lady Jacks stayed hot Monday night, cruising past the Hamburg Lady Lions 59-30 on the road to improve to 25-2 overall and 8-0 in conference play.

With the victory, Warren remains unbeaten in league competition and now has just two remaining conference games before the end of the regular season.

The Lady Jacks set the tone from the opening tip, racing out to a 22-4 lead by the end of the first quarter. Breize Fellows sparked the early surge with 9 first-quarter points, including a three-pointer that helped ignite a 14-1 run. Alyssa Calbert added back-to-back baskets during the stretch, including one from beyond the arc, as the Lady Jacks quickly seized control.

Warren never allowed Hamburg back into the contest, maintaining a comfortable margin through the second and third quarters behind steady, balanced production.

Fellows finished with a team-high 14 points to go along with two steals and a block. Livi McKinney added 13 points and was dominant on the boards, pulling down 4 offensive rebounds and 9 defensive rebounds to complete the double-double.

Nyla Simmons contributed 8 points, two steals, and knocked down both of her free-throw attempts. Bayleigh Miller added 7 points, including a three-pointer, and recorded a block. Calbert finished with 5 points and four steals as Warren’s defensive pressure disrupted Hamburg throughout the night.

Charlee Wardlaw chipped in 4 points and grabbed three offensive rebounds, while Caroline Harton and Sosie Rodriguez each added 3 points off the bench. Khourtni Johnson also scored 2 points, as Warren’s depth was on full display.

In all, nine Lady Jacks found the scoring column, highlighting the team’s balance and unselfish play. Warren outrebounded Hamburg 30-21 and forced eight turnovers in another strong defensive showing.

Warren will return to action Tuesday night on the road at Monticello as the Lady Jacks look to finish the last two games of conference play strong.
