Warren Bank and Trust Company President and Chief Operating Officer Kelly Ashcraft was featured in Arkansas Business’ Exec. Q and A section in the January 17-23 publication.
She responded to questions about the pros and cons of banking in a small town, commented on the abilities of traditional banks to attract young customers, how the pandemic has affected how a bank deals with customers and advice for women pursuing careers in banking.

Kelly has worked for Warren Bank for most of her career. She started as a loan secretary, became assistant vice president and compliance officer, senior vice president for loans, and then COO.
Since 2013 she has been president, a director and COO.
Kelly was Hampton High School valedictorian and has a management degree from the University of Arkansas. She also completed the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist
University.
She encourages people to educate themselves and take advantage of opportunities and to volunteer in both the workplace and in the community. Kelly says to always keep a positive attitude. Ashcraft serves as a member of the Warren Water and Sewer Commission and as secretary of the Warren Country Club. She is a major asset to the community of Warren and Bradley County.
