Lady Jacks Earn 15-4 Run Rule Victory Over McGehee

WARREN, Ark. – The Warren Lady Jacks traveled to the Delta on Monday night, April 13, to face the Lady Owls of McGehee.

Warren got off to a strong start in the top of the first inning, as Haven Johnson and Bayleigh Miller scored on a hit by Charlee Wardlaw to give the Lady Jacks a 2-0 lead.

The Lady Jacks added three more runs in the top of the second inning. Raeleigh Milton recorded two RBIs, while Bayleigh Miller added another RBI.

McGehee responded in the bottom of the second inning, scoring four runs on seven hits to narrow the gap.

After two innings of play, Warren held a 5-4 lead.

Warren broke the game open in the third inning, scoring six runs. Haven Johnson and Charlee Wardlaw each recorded an RBI, while Raeleigh Milton and Bayleigh Miller each drove in two runs.

At the end of four innings, Warren led 11-4. Neither team scored in the fourth inning.

In the fifth inning, Bayleigh Miller added an RBI, and Natalie Hargrave drove in two runs.

The Lady Jacks secured the 15-4 victory by run rule.

At the plate, Haven Johnson went 2-for-2, and Bayleigh Miller finished 3-for-4. Charlee Wardlaw went 2-for-3, while Raeleigh Milton was 2-for-4. Ember Johnson went 1-for-2. Natalie Hargrave and Presley Reep each finished 1-for-3.
