I am seeking re-election as County Clerk of Bradley County. This term was met with the challenge of dealing with COVID, which required adjustments in handling regular office duties outside of the building, while trying to continue to provide service to County residents. County offices were modified to allow employees safe contact with individuals while doing business, so the building could be safely re-opened to the public.
There have also been some changes in elections and voter registration related areas. In 2020 Bradley County implemented Vote Centers, which allows a voter, registered in Bradley County, to vote at any of the Bradley County polling sites. Completion of the 2020 census required redistricting of several voting districts. Locally, Justices of the Peace and Hermitage School redistricting has been completed. Senate and Representative districts have been done on the state level. Warren City Wards and Warren School District will be received and completed by November 2022 General Election.
