MONTICELLO, Ark. — Detectives with the Monticello Police Department Criminal Investigation Division are investigating a shooting that resulted in the deaths of three people early Monday morning.
According to a press release from the Monticello Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 4 a.m. Monday, May 25, after a 911 call reported a domestic disturbance at a residence within the city.
When officers arrived, they found three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene, and the Drew County Coroner later pronounced all three victims deceased.
Authorities said there is no threat to the public. The investigation remains ongoing.
