WARREN, Ark. — The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office is participating in a nationwide speed enforcement campaign aimed at reducing dangerous driving and improving roadway safety.
The campaign, conducted in partnership with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, runs from July 10 through July 31. During the enforcement period, deputies will place an increased emphasis on speeding violations and compliance with posted speed limits.
The Sheriff’s Office reminded drivers that speeding puts motorists, passengers and others on the road at risk. Drivers are encouraged to slow down, remain alert and obey all posted traffic laws.
Authorities noted that speeding can result in traffic citations, fines and serious crashes. The department said deputies will be actively enforcing the law throughout the campaign in an effort to protect the community and keep Bradley County roads safe.
