With the filing period complete, I will be unopposed in the November 3 election for Mayor of Warren. I want to take this opportunity to simply say thank you.
Over the past several weeks, I have been overwhelmed by the encouragement and support I have received from people throughout Warren. So many of you have taken the time to stop me, call, send a message or simply offer a kind word, and I am deeply grateful. I never take for granted the opportunity to serve this community or the trust that comes with it.
My relationship with this city goes back a long way. I first served as Mayor from 1987 through 2005, later had the privilege of representing our area in the Arkansas General Assembly, and returned to the Mayor’s office in 2023.
Through all those years, one thing has never changed. I love Warren. This is home.
I know our city has challenges, and I know there is still plenty of work ahead of us. I go to work every day wanting to do what I can to make Warren a better place for our citizens, our families and the generations that will come after us.
I am thankful for the opportunity to continue serving as Mayor for another four years, and I promise to continue giving everything I have working for Warren.
