Bradley County Medical Center is proud to announce that Respiratory Therapy Director Sharee Williams has been named the Employee of the Month for August.
Her nomination stated: “Sharee Williams is a dedicated BCMC employee that stepped into a management role of Director of Respiratory a couple of years ago and has flourished. She consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to patients, staff, and the hospital. On of her most significant accomplishments has been working to establish a new service line, Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Through her leadership and hard work, this service line continues to grow and has become a valuable addition to the hospital and much needed service for our community. Sharee commits to expanding her knowledge by pursuing certifications as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist and AACVPR Pulmonary Rehabilitation Certificate. She also participates in the Arkansas chapter of AACVPR to garner more education, resources and connections that aid in growing the rehab service. In addition to managing the department, she willingly contributes to other hospital projects and initiatives.”
