Area senior citizens are invited to attend the S.O.S. Safety Outreach for Seniors event on Friday, Sept. 25, at the Bradley County Services Building in Warren.
The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 302 Smith Road and will feature a morning of safety education, resources and community fellowship.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with local service providers and learn more about topics including medication safety, fraud prevention and resources and assistance available in the community.
The event will also include door prizes and freebies, along with food and fellowship.
AmeriCorps Seniors, Mainline Health and Senior Medicare Patrol are among the organizations featured as part of the outreach event.
Meals will be provided by Commercial Bank and Hospice Home Care, an Adoration Health partner.
