The Warren School District will hold a flu shot clinic on Tuesday, Oct. 13, according to an announcement from the district.
Consent forms for the clinic will be sent home with students this week. Parents and guardians who would like their child to participate are asked to complete the form and return it to the school by Monday, Oct. 12.
The district is encouraging families to watch for the forms as they are sent home and return them by the deadline so students can take part in the clinic.
The flu shot clinic is scheduled for Oct. 13 at Warren School District campuses.
