The Bradley County Extension Office is encouraging area residents interested in improving their health to participate in a six-week online nutrition and physical activity program offered through the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service.
The program will feature six online sessions, each lasting up to 60 minutes. Participants will also complete surveys related to health, nutrition, and physical activity.
Two session options are available, with the first beginning Friday, October 16, 2026, at noon. A second option will begin Tuesday, October 20, also at noon.
Participants who complete the program will receive a $50 gift card.
The program is part of the Division of Agriculture’s DFEND (Diet, Food, Exercise, and Nutrition Education for Prevention of Chronic Disease) initiative.
Those interested in participating can contact the Bradley County Extension Office.
