His leadership elevated multiple athletic programs, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to developing student-athletes on and off the field.
During his time at Central Catholic, Jackson served in several capacities, including teacher, Dean of Discipline, Athletic Director, and head coach.
On the football field, Jackson helped lead the program to tremendous success, including an undefeated 1997 Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) state runner-up season. Jackson’s success extended to the baseball diamond, where he guided Central Catholic to three LHSAA state championships, four district championships, and four District Coach of the Year recognitions.
Beyond the championships and individual accolades, Jackson’s impact was reflected in the opportunities he helped create for his players.
