Jettie Boswell Clay, 1926-2021

Mrs. Jettie Boswell Clay age 95, of Portland, OR entered into her home going, Monday September 6, 2021 at the Marquis Piedmont Rehab in Portland, OR.

She was born March 29, 1926 in Banks, AR a daughter of the late Dewey Boswell and Josie Green Boswell.  Mrs. Jettie served in the food services industry for many years where she made her retirement and for 60 plus years, she and Mr. Adolphus Clay were united in marriage. 

She was also preceded in death by a son Robert Momon, brothers, George Boswell and Travis Boswell, sisters Goleata Childs, Lummie Jean Gilbert and Moselle Bradley.

Mrs. Jettie is survived by her husband, Mr. Adolphus Clay, Portland, OR, a step son, Roy Clay of Portland, OR, a brother M.C. Boswell Fresno, CA and sisters Ruby Lee Childs, Warren, AR and Dorothy Davis, Banks AR, 8 grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews left to cherish her home going.

Graveside services were 12:00PM Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Childs Cemetery with Reverend Larry Hines officiating, services were provided by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Chrishane Cross, Christopher Cross, Terrence Davis, Kendrick Hargraves, Dedrin Lawson, Den Lawson, Jaylan Lawson, Antonio Momon and Mondrell Thomas. Honorary pallbearers were Marion Boswell, Roy Davis, Donald Hargraves, Dewery Momon and Tyrone Momon. www.frazerfuneralhome.com
