Emmitt Hines, Jr., 71, formerly of Warren, died November 9, 2021. Born July 13, 1950, he was a son of the late Emmitt Sr. and Ruth Robinson Hines.
He is survived by his children, Al-Nisa Aduwu, Emmitt Hines III, Michael Oats, Earnest Hines, Kiara Hines, Kylia Hines; siblings, Ruth Harden, Lorraine Kashmire, Fred Harden, Carolyn McCoy, Glenn Hines, Alice Stokes; a host of grands, great grands, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held November 19th at St. James AME Church in Warren. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home.
