Pamela “Williams” Newton was born to Levert and Mary Williams on January 26, 1955, she was the third of eleven children. She is preceded in death by her father Levert Williams Sr.; A brother, Kevin Williams; a nephew, Christopher Williams, Two great nieces C-Kyra S. Williams and Asia Williams.
She accepted Christ at an early age at Weary Rest Baptist Church She married Rev. Louis Newton Jr. August 24, 1974. They have five children; Scott Maurice Langstan, Celento Williams, Catina Newton, April Newton, and Gabriel Newton. She loved the Lord and the church where ever Rev. Newton charge were. She also taught Sunday school with a zeal and a passion. Pamela was an outgoing person. She was very caring and loved spending time with her friends and family. She loved fishing and she loved to cook.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories her husband: Rev. Louis Newton Jr.; Her children: Scott Maurice Langstan, Celento Williams, Catina Newton, April Newton, and Gabriel Newton. Her mother, Mary Williams. Her siblings: James (Brenda) Williams, Sr. of Vick, George Evrin (Glo) Williams of Magnolia, Gloria Williams of Aurora, CO, Jessie Lee Williams Sr. Of Vick, Clifford (Evernezzer) Williams of Junction City, Kansas, Eula (Ivan) Jackson of Cordova, Tennessee, and Levert (Monica) Williams, Jr. of Monti-cello, Arkansas. Seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Her uncle, Moses Williams of Jersey, Arkansas. Her aunts, Claudia Phillips of Little Rock and Jessie Mae Williams of Monticello, Arkan-sas, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral service was 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 9, 2021 at the Hermitage Community Center in Hermitage, AR. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Online guestbook www.frazerfuneralhome.com
