Remember, the law states that fireworks can be discharged within the Warren City Limits, but must cease by 10:00 p.m., except for December 31 and July 4. Fireworks should always be discharged safely and should be done only on private property with permission. Violation of the ordinance is subject to a fine of from $25.00 to $100.00 per offense.
