Carlotta Harvey Maxwell, age 74, a native of Warren AR, passed, in her home in Wilmer, AL on January 22, 2022. She was born December 27, 1947 in Carlisle, AR.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Harvey and Vanada Pruitt; stepmother, Mary Harvey; her children, Charles Scroggins, Joe Scroggins Jr. and Angela Scroggins; brother, Darrell Harvey; and her husband of 40 years, Ronnie Maxwell.
She is survived by her daughter, Laura Semana and husband, Bernie; grandchildren, B.J., Angela, Elizabeth, and Timothy Semana, Katie-Lynn Bickerstaff, Summer and Joe Scroggins, and Sean Martinez; six great-grandchildren; brothers, George Harvey and wife, Linda and Dwight Harvey and wife, Susie; and sister, Betty Doggett and husband, James.
Funeral service was 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Pleasant Valley Free Will Baptist Church in Warren, AR with Bro. George Harvey officiating. Burial was Pleasant Valley Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Timothy Semana, Bobby Weaver, Stewart Harvey, Andrew Doggett, Gary Smith, Avery Weaver and Darrell Harvey, Jr.
