The Warren Fire Department conducted a controlled burn of a structure last week on Watts Street. The job was also used as a valuable training exercise for Fire Department personnel. The City has conducted several controlled burns throughout town over the last year. Almost all have been homes or buildings that are in a dilapidated state and condemned.
