The Warren Lumberjack Golf team’s season came to an end this week with their participation in the Arkansas State High School Golf Tournament held Monday at the Magellan Course in Hot Springs Village. Although the Jacks didn’t get the team win, Warren’s Carson Slaughter shot a 79 and tied for seventh individually out of a total of 69 competing golfers. The performance and his season overall earned Slaughter all-state honors. The 2022 Warren Lumberjack Golf team included Carson Slaughter, Rhett Clanton, Landon Milton, Maxx McGaha, Weston Gavin, Brody Overall, and Conner Curry. They won the 2022 8-4A District Title.
