Allan David Thornton age 56 of Little Rock, AR died peacefully Tuesday, July18, 2023 in Saline County. He was born June 24, 1967 in Warren, AR a son of the late Wilburn “Junior” Thornton and Evelyn Gavin Thornton. He worked for many years in the restaurant business in the Little Rock area. He was a Baptist and a 1985 graduate of the Warren High School. Allan loved his two big black labs, Sampson and Josie. Also preceding him in death was his brother, Tommy Thornton.
Allan is survived by his son, Brandon Thornton and wife, Shelby, Little Rock, AR; granddaughter, Avery Thornton, Little Rock, AR; fiancé, Patty Jo Reed, Benton, AR; niece, Heather Sullins and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services were 10:00AM Thursday, July 27 at Union Cemetery with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
