Kenneth Thompson age 82, of Warren, AR died Wednesday, April 24th 2024 in Fordyce, AR. He was born Friday September 26th 1941 in Cleveland County, AR a son of the late Marvin Thompson and Minnie Lee Dyer Thompson. Kenneth was owner and operator of Thompsons Car Sales and Thompson Wrecker service for over 40 years. He was a member of Christian Fellowship Church and a graduate of Warren High School. Also preceding him in death was his wife Scarlett Ashcraft Thompson, sisters Virginia ‘Missy†Martin and Nancy Nichols.
Kenneth is survived by a son, Kent Thompson, Monticello, AR and a daughter Karen Thompson Jones and spouse Danny, Fordyce, AR. A sister Wilma Adair and spouse Ronald Dean, Warren, AR. Grandchildren Mechelle Jones, Kady Ferguson and spouse Jeffry, April Thompson and Ryan Thompson. Great-grandchildren Charleigh Ferguson, Jeffry Ferguson Jr and Brinlie Ferguson
Graveside services were held 3:00PM Friday, April 26th at Reaves Cemetery with Rev. Wayman Mann officiating. Burial was in Reaves Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
