Happy 248th Birthday To The United States of America!

WARREN, Ark. – As the Fourth of July is here, the City of Warren is reminding all residents to prioritize safety while celebrating Independence Day. In light of the festive activities, the city has issued a reminder about the regulations regarding fireworks within city limits.

Fireworks will be permitted until midnight on July 5th, allowing citizens to enjoy their celebrations responsibly. The city encourages everyone to be mindful of their surroundings and considerate of neighbors, especially the elderly and those with pets while using fireworks.

The City of Warren has provided the following safety tips to ensure a safe Fourth of July:

  1. Use Fireworks Responsibly: Only use fireworks in open, clear areas away from buildings, vehicles, and flammable materials. Always have water or a fire extinguisher nearby.
  2. Supervise Children: Fireworks can be dangerous, especially for children. Always supervise children when fireworks are being used.
  3. Respect Noise Levels: Be considerate of your neighbors, especially those with pets or small children who may be sensitive to loud noises.
  4. Follow the Law: Use fireworks only within the permitted times. Fireworks are allowed until 12 a.m. July 5th.

The city also reminds residents that while fireworks are a popular way to celebrate, they should be used with caution to prevent injuries and fires. If any issues arise or if there are concerns about safety, residents are encouraged to contact local authorities.

By following these guidelines and being mindful of the regulations, the City of Warren hopes to ensure a joyous and incident-free holiday for all its residents.
