HAMPTON, Ark. – 9-13-24 – The Hampton School District will host a Flu Shot Clinic on Thursday, October 3, 2024, for all students. Flu packets containing important information have already been distributed to Elementary students on September 11, and are also available in the Elementary and High School offices. Parents and guardians are required to submit the last two pages of the packet by the deadline, which is Tuesday, September 26, 2024.
For those who did not receive the packets or need additional copies, extra forms are available in both the Elementary and High School offices. The clinic is an important initiative aimed at protecting students from the seasonal flu.
