Shelby Bryant Reep, 1946-2024

Shelby Bryant Reep, affectionately known as GG to her grandkids and great-grandkids, age 77, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 19, 2024 at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR. She was born on October 23, 1946 in Warren, AR to the late James Gordon Bryant and Mary Ellen Rivers Bryant. She graduated from New Edinburg High School; she was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church. Shelby enjoyed singing with her Bryant sisters, she loved dancing and running the roads and shopping with her life-long friend, Linda Hollingsworth.

Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Ragar Reep, Jr. whom she married on August 26, 1963 and he passed away on August 26, 2017.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her two beloved daughters, Angela Wyatt and spouse Steven on Clarksville, AR and Teresa Sandine and spouse Ricky of Rison, AR; two sisters, Jonalyn Reep and spouse Garry of Warren, AR and Felecia Doster and spouse Greg of Warren, AR; three grandchildren, Taylor Wyatt and spouse Suzanne of Fayetteville, AR, Jayson Sandine and spouse Meredith of McGehee, AR and Brock Wyatt and spouse Taylor of Clarksville, AR; four great-grandchildren, William Sandine, Birdie Wyatt, Walker Sandine and Rayland Wyatt; brother-in-law, Aubert “Auddy†Doss and spouse Peggy of Monticello, AR, along with a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral service was held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Frazer’s Funeral Home with Bro. Ricky Rauls and Bro. Charles Woolley officiating, musicians were Jonalyn Reep and Felecia Doster. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Garry Reep, Greg Doster, Garryck Reep, Carthen Doster, Auddy Doss, Randy Wiggins, Gregg Reep and Joe Nowlen. Honorary pallbearers were Thomas Hollingsworth, Allen Wilson and William Ray Collier.
