James Stanley Hamil, “Stan”, age 71, of Warren, AR passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2025 at Chapel Woods Nursing Home in Warren, AR. He was born on January 10, 1954 in Warren, AR to Sarah Chancellor Hamil and the late James Russell Hamil. Stan loved the outdoors and animals and he never met a stranger.
He is preceded in death by his father, James Russell Hamil and his brother, Gary Hamil.
Survivors include his mother, Sarah Hamil of Warren, AR and several aunts and uncles who loved him dearly.
Graveside service was held 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2025 at Oakland Cemetery. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer’s Funeral Home.
